A blended club can work only if each code or programme has a visible pathway. Do not let the senior pathway disappear by accident.

A visible participant pathway includes

Regular local participation must not rely on weekly travel to another city.

Entry grades can be broad. Older players need more technical pathway definition.

Travel and tournaments should be opt in extras, not the baseline offer.

Create extra training for keen players only when coaches and parent support exist.

Map what happens when players age out of junior grades.

Do not assume mixed junior participation automatically becomes a senior pathway.

15U plus	Local youth or social competition where numbers allow.	Selected development team or regional events if parent supported.
