NZ Club Builder is currently a static website. It does not provide accounts, submit worksheet answers to a server or use an AI service.

What is stored
When you type into a worksheet or guided planner, the answers are saved in local storage on that browser and device. This allows the page to restore your work when you return.
What is not received by NZ Club Builder
The site does not transmit worksheet answers, create a user profile or store club documents in a central database.
How to remove saved answers
Use the Clear saved answers button in the relevant worksheet or planner. Clearing browser site data may also remove saved answers.
Device and browser limits
Saved answers do not automatically move to another device or browser. Private browsing settings, storage restrictions or clearing browser data may prevent saving or remove previous work. Copy, download or print important work before relying on it.
Hosting records
The hosting provider may process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser information and request time for security and service operation. NZ Club Builder does not use that information to build club profiles.

External websites apply their own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing personal information.
Future changes
If accounts, analytics, contact forms, file uploads or server-side processing are added, this statement must be updated before those features are enabled.
