NZ Club Builder provides practical guidance, prompts and templates for volunteer-run clubs. It is not legal, tax, accounting, governance, safeguarding, health and safety or funding advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the club constitution, legal authority, official forms, current law, tax treatment, funder rules, governing body policies, insurance and venue requirements before acting.
Draft outputs
Guided planners and worksheets produce working material. They may be incomplete, unsuitable for a particular funder or inconsistent with the club’s rules. Verify every name, date, figure, quote, approval and factual statement.
